Scott Somerville and Kris Cook

Kris Cook and Scott Somerville

In 1991, friends Scott Somerville and Kris Cook put together their collective knowledge and decided to open H&H. Since then, the business has transformed from a small shop with minimal capabilities to a strong and experienced organization ready to serve customers at an exceptional level.

H&H has brought itself far past just welding and repair, as its’ name may imply. We have the resources and rapid prototyping technology to take an idea and turn it into a usable asset for your company. We pride ourselves on being able to complete the widest range of projects found anywhere, no matter the size.

With state-of-the-art 3D design technology, and the combined knowledge and experience in the metal forming, fabrication, machining, welding, and repair industries, we can give you the edge you need to move forward in today’s fast-paced environment. When time, money, and assured quality are a concern, H&H Welding can put your company on a fast track to savings and success. If it’s been a while since you’ve used our services or toured our facilities, please do not hesitate to give us a call and see what we can achieve together.

In 2018, after 27 years together,  Kris Cook was bought out by Scott Somerville. Kris wanted to spend his time with family and friends. Scott continued H & H Welding as it was with the service and dedication to the craft.

In 2022, Scott sold the business to his son Dale Somerville. Scott and Roberta will be staying for a couple of years to help with the transition, Scott is expected to retire in Jan of 2024.

Since taking over in Jan 2022 Dale has been making small changes but keeping the same staff and experience while adding his dreams and expectations. Dale has been around H & H and the industry since he was a young child, working in the summers and vacations from school until graduation. Dale went on to attend college and earned his Journeyman Machinist Certification and an Industrial Manufacturing Engineering Associates Degree before returning to H & H. When he returned Dale worked in the machine shop, weld shop, and most other positions before becoming the supervisor of the road crew.

Dale has more experience than his years and will lead H & H Welding into the next 30 years of business. We all look forward to the future with Dale and the great staff here at H & H Welding and Repair.
